The Mindflint Way.

There are plenty of marketing companies out there. So why work with us?

We listen first.

First we take the time (at our own expense) to understand exactly what you want and to make sure we can help you.

We prove our value.

We begin with a trial engagement. At the end of this initial 90 days, you will be happy; if you aren’t, we will provide you with a complete refund. We know we deliver great value, and soon you will too.

We partner with you.

We don’t have clients, we have partners. As partners, we view our destiny as inextricably linked to yours, and we strive to be an irreplaceable contributor to your success.

Our process.

1. Clarity

“Given who I am, how do I get from where I am to where I want to go?” Most people and organizations lack an accurate picture of 1) themselves, 2) their current reality, and 3) their desired future. We shine a bright, focused light so we can see all three clearly.

2. Alignment

Then we examine how your resources — people, time and money — are currently deployed, and we help identify what you need to start doing, and what you need to stop doing.

3. Execution

And finally we help you stay on track by measuring results against plans, assessing performance in the light of this measurement, and making adjustments to effect continuous improvement.

Our leadership team.

Daniel Hoey | President

Dan started his first company, United Financial Technologies, Inc., in 1992 and sold it and a subsidiary company in 2004 after growing it into a multi-million dollar regional mortgage banking operation. He founded or co-founded three other successful companies between 1996 and 2005.

In the nonprofit sphere, he founded New Community Church in Wexford in 1998, serving as the chairman of the board of elders for the first ten years of the church’s existence. In addition, he served on a number of nonprofit boards, including the Mel Blount Youth Home and Imani Christian Academy, was involved in missions work in India and Africa, and was instrumental in creating a medical clinic in the Bangda-Ligbi region of Ghana.
