The why behind what we do.

Our values fuel both our people and our approach to marketing.

Why do people start businesses, launch non-profits, and invent new products? Because we have an important story to tell — and we want others to hear it and get involved. A service that helps people do what they do better. A cause that makes a real difference in the world. A new product that solves a problem and improves our daily lives.

At Mindflint, our passion is to get behind stories like that — and the people who tell them — to help capture what makes a story truly unique, connect with the people who need to hear it, and communicate why they should care — all in order to spark engagement, inspire action, and build lasting loyalty.

Sounds good…but how?

For starters, you need a lot more than a pretty logo, a nice website, and few catchy slogans. We all encounter marketing every day that is shallow, self-serving, and disingenuous. Cutting through the noise requires a different approach.

We believe that the same qualities that build strong relationships also build strong brands. And the same things that erode trust and undermine relationships between people — arrogance, selfishness, dishonesty — do the same between you and your customers. Loyalty rises and falls based on TRUST.

So in short, I guess you could say that we’re passionate about creating brands you’d want to be friends with. We don’t do it perfectly, but that’s what drives us.

Be humble.

Be quick to listen, put others first, and admit when you’re wrong — and slow to speak, argue, and claim the credit.

Be authentic.

Be yourself. Know who you are and be confident in the value you deliver without bending to the pressure to be someone you’re not.

Be generous.

Live open-handed, not close-fisted, looking for ways to give sacrificially of your time, talent, and treasure.

Be available.

Value people over programs, communicate closely, and avoid the urge to sacrifice relationship for efficiency.

Be accountable.

Stand behind the work you do, set measureable goals, ruthlessly track results, and be nimble (and humble) enough to change course.

Be personal.

Take the time to listen, understand people’s unique needs, and deliver relevant, timely, thoughtful information that adds real value.

Be courageous.

Great stories deserve courageous storytelling. Get comfortable bucking trends, resisting the status quo, and taking risks.

Be consistent.

Be someone people can rely on — no matter the circumstance — to do the right thing.

All inclusive.

We are a diverse, experienced creative team with the ability to craft and execute a comprehensive and cohesive marketing strategy for any size organization.

Lean and mean.

Our company structure is flat and low overhead by design. Working virtually allows us to deliver the strategic approach of a large agency at a fraction of the cost.

Fueled by heart.

We are passionate about pursuing long-term partnerships over short-term projects, telling stories that matter, and thrilling our client partners.

The Mindflint Way.

A proven process. A one-of-a-kind team. All about results.

Spark your strategy.

“Given who you are, how do you get from where you are to where you want to go?” Rather than a ready, fire, aim approach, we work hard to first uncover your unique story, your market realities, and your target audience in order to chart a clear path forward.

Spark your story.

Guided by this clarity, our diverse creative team crafts the right message, utilizing a broad spectrum of tools and platforms to get your most compelling story in front of the people who need to hear it.

Spark your success.

As your story grows, we help you stay on track by measuring results against plans, assessing performance in the light of this measurement, and making adjustments to effect continuous improvement.

Our leadership team.
